Life
Each of us will encounter situations in our lives when we can no longer do things the way we have been doing them. Sometimes there is a relationship crisis, a breakup, a job change, a family problem or an important decision. Other times, nothing major is happening on the outside, but inside we feel increasingly unsatisfied, something is missing or that the way we are living is no longer what we really want.
We often try to change what we see, our partner, our job, our environment, our way of communicating, or our behavior. But if we don't understand what our reactions are really creating, we can change the circumstances and after a while find ourselves in a very similar situation again.

That's why I'm interested not only in what happens to a person, but above all in why it happens to them. Our current reactions did not arise yesterday. They are influenced by the way we grew up, the relationships we experienced, the environment we lived in, the experiences we gained, and the beliefs we formed throughout our lives. Some help us. Others can keep us in situations we would like to leave for many years.
This can manifest itself in a variety of ways. We have repetitive relationships, we have trouble saying no, we need the approval of others, we fear rejection, we doubt ourselves, we can't make important decisions, or we feel like we're trying harder and harder, but our lives aren't moving in the direction we want them to.
In my work, I combine mental and therapeutic approaches, work with emotions, the body, life and family patterns, visualization, breath, constellations and other techniques according to what a specific person and their situation need. But I am not only interested in understanding the past. What is important is what we can do with it today.
A person can learn to recognize the moment when their old reaction is triggered, work better with their emotions, change their internal dialogue, create new ways of responding, and gradually begin to consciously use their own resources: calmness, self-confidence, courage, concentration, the ability to make decisions, set boundaries, or trust themselves.
Therefore, I work with the topics of relationships and partnerships, self-confidence and self-worth, life changes and crises, important decisions, feelings of stagnation, family relationships, and situations and patterns that keep repeating in our lives.
I don't want to tell people how to live, who to be with, whether to quit their jobs, or what decisions to make. My goal is to create a space where they can better understand themselves, separate their own needs from the fears and expectations of others, and begin to see possibilities they didn't see before. Because sometimes we don't need more advice. We need to understand why we are where we are, what's keeping us there, and what we can change to start moving in the direction we really want to go.
