My journey of working with people

My path to working with people was not straightforward. I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and professionally worked in the state administration and business environment, founded and built a unique company with a 35-year history, BOHEMIA PAPER, all of which taught me to think in context, look for causes and look at a problem from multiple angles. But gradually I became more and more interested in something else, why two people in the same situation react completely differently, why someone can use everything they can under pressure, while another gets stuck, and why some situations in our lives repeat themselves, even though we don't consciously want them to. I was so fascinated by this field that I decided to study it and continue to educate myself and eventually work in the field.

For more than 15 years, I have been dedicated to mental work, therapy and human development. During that time, I have worked with people in personal and relationship crises, with managers and business people, but also with talented and top athletes, coaches and professional teams. My work has taken me to the Olympic Games and the highest sporting competitions.

It is this diversity that has taught me one important thing. Whether I am sitting in front of a person dealing with a relationship, a major life decision, or a loss of direction, or an athlete minutes before a crucial performance, at some point we are working with the same person, with their emotions, fears, experiences, beliefs, internal patterns, and ability to trust themselves.

That's why I don't work according to one universal method and I don't try to tell people what to do. I first need to understand the person and the context of their story. I connect mental and therapeutic work, work with emotions, body, family and life patterns, visualization, breath and other practical techniques depending on what a specific person needs at the moment.

I'm not just interested in how to fix the problem that's currently visible. I'm interested in why it arose, what's keeping it going, and what needs to change so that a person doesn't find themselves in the same situation again in a few months.

My goal is not to create a person who never doubts, is not afraid and does not make mistakes. The goal is to help them understand themselves better, work with their emotions, trust their own decisions and consciously use their inner resources in times when they really need them.

Because for me, real change is not known by what a person understands during our meeting. It is known by what they start doing differently in their real life.
