Team performance is influenced by trust, communication, the roles of individual players, working with mistakes, pressure for results and the way the coach works with the team. That is why I connect mental preparation with the real team environment. I work with players, coaches and implementation teams so that the mental side supports not only the individual, but the performance of the whole team.
